EcoForm is one of Europe's largest contract molders running post-consumer recycled (PCR) resins at scale. Our 41 machines (200 t–2,400 t) routinely run 100% rPET, rHDPE, and PCR-PP qualified through RecyClass and EuCertPlast. We work with consumer-goods brands switching to recycled content under EU SUP and EU PPWR obligations. Problem. European personal-care brand committed publicly to 100% PCR by 2025 but was stuck at 35%. Their incumbent molder could not meet color and dimensional spec on PCR resin batches with >10% variance.

Solution. Set up a dedicated PCR qualification line: every incoming batch is MFI-tested, color-matched, and odor-screened before release to production. Re-cut two tools with revised gating to handle the higher-viscosity rPET. Process now runs 100% PCR with <2% rejection.

Problem. Grocer used single-use cardboard transit packaging with €4.1M/yr disposal cost and a hard EU PPWR target to hit by 2027.

Solution. Designed a stackable, RFID-ready returnable crate in structural foam PCR-HDPE. 2,400 t machine running two-cavity tool, 800k units delivered over 14 months.
