High-temperature and technical injection moulding with an in-house toolroom
Siropol is a Polish injection moulder in Bydgoszcz, producing since 1996. The specialism is technical and high-temperature polymers — PEEK, LCP, PPS and PA alongside POM, PC, PBT, PMMA and TPE — for applications where documentation and repeatability are the entry condition rather than an extra. More than 30 injection moulding machines, mostly electric, run clamping forces from 300 to 3000 kN on part weights of 1 to 500 g, with 32 automated cells whose robots handle take-out, insert placement and in-line inspection; production is supervised through an MES with OEE and OTD tracking. Moulds are designed and built in the company's own toolroom, and an in-house metrology laboratory covers both tooling and incoming material from project start through series production. Over a hundred people and more than a thousand active part numbers in current production. Automotive parts are produced under IATF 16949 with PPAP documentation and full batch traceability.
