- 1Sign in & create a token
Sign in with Google, then open Dashboard → MCP tokens and create one. You only need the buyer scopes —
mcp:search,mcp:get_company,mcp:request_quote. The value (aiv_mcp_…) is shown once — copy it. - 2Add the connector
Point your client at the marketplace MCP endpoint and paste the token. Copy-paste config for Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Cursor is on the integrations page.

That’s it. In any new conversation, describe what you’re sourcing in plain language. The assistant will reach for the marketplace tools when the task fits.
What to say once connected
Natural sentences work — you don’t call tools by name. A few that exercise the full search → compare → quote flow:

Find
Ranked search across the directory by need, country, industry, and certification — verified suppliers surface first.
Compare
Pull full profiles — offerings, lead times, minimums, certifications, reviews — and weigh candidates side by side.
Request
Send a quote request with your specs. The company replies directly to your email — the platform just brokers the intro.
Resume
Pick up where you left off across sessions — recall past requests, see who hasn’t replied, and ask only for suppliers you haven’t already approached.
Pick up where you left off
Every quote you send is remembered against your account. Come back tomorrow, next week, next month — your assistant can see what you asked, who replied, who didn’t, and avoid re-pinging the same suppliers when you search again.
Per-result history
Every fresh search annotates results with your prior conversation — state, last activity, whether they’ve replied — so the assistant can flag “you contacted them 8 days ago, still waiting.”
Exclude on demand
Say “find more I haven’t already tried” and the search hides every company you’ve had any conversation with — server-side, not best-effort.
Walk away cleanly
Tell the assistant a lead is dead and it archives the thread for you. Future searches won’t resurface it unless you ask.
